GORDON BENNIE - VOLUNTEER

Since leaving the Civil Service in 1996 Gordon has followed a new path in working closely with the Voluntary Sector.  He has been involved with several projects within the South Lanarkshire area and was part of the team who developed the current Healthy Living Initiative.

He joined Healthy Valleys Board in August 2004 and took up position as Treasurer.

He is a “local” staying in Blackwood for the past 30 years and enjoys DIY and Gardening. He is fanatical about Rugby – the only true sport?!
