Feeding the Family
A free six week course for adults, to learn how to cook nutritious and healthy food for families.
Healthy Weaning Initiative
Encourages parents with babies 0 – 12 months to wean babies in an affordable and healthy way.
Ready Steady Get Cooking
Fun days that provide primary school aged children a chance to put their cooking skills to the test, learn more about food and to encourage healthier eating choices.
Go Swimming
Free weekly transport provided to swimming pools in South Lanarkshire.
Walk a Little, Live a Lot
Weekly walks around your village and neighbouring villages.
C’mon Dancing
Communities across the Douglas & Nethan Valley come together every 4 weeks to enjoy Scottish Country Dancing.
Stress Management
Offers relaxation therapies: aromatherapy, therapeutic massage and relaxation techniques.
