Fit for Life
Fit for Life aims to deliver a range of physical activity opportunities to 17 - 24 year olds who wouldn't normally participate in regular exercise.
On a group and individual basis, the project helps identify and access suitable forms of exercise which fit their lifestyle, budget, ability and social needs.
So what's on offer?
A wide range of physical activity, from the gentle to the extreme. For example:
Walking, jogging, running
Team sports eg volleyball, hockey, rugby
Raquet sports eg tennis, badminton
Gym activities, fitness classes and dancing
Outdoor activities eg abseiling, snowboarding
Sports coaching qualifications
Health and fitness checks
Volunteering opportunities
