Fit for Life

Fit for Life aims to deliver a range of physical activity opportunities to 17 - 24 year olds who wouldn't normally participate in regular exercise.

On a group and individual basis, the project helps identify and access suitable forms of exercise which fit their lifestyle, budget, ability and social needs.

So what's on offer?

A wide range of physical activity, from the gentle to the extreme. For example:

  • Walking, jogging, running

  • Team sports eg volleyball, hockey, rugby

  • Raquet sports eg tennis, badminton

  • Gym activities, fitness classes and dancing

  • Outdoor activities eg abseiling, snowboarding

  • Sports coaching qualifications

  • Health and fitness checks

  • Volunteering opportunities
