Community Health Matters
Healthy Valleys is a community-led health initiative that supports communities in rural South Lanarkshire.
We focus on providing opportunities for local people to improve their health and wellbeing and build stronger communities in areas of deprivation or where there are service gaps.
Our resilience is our strength allowing us to quickly adapt to support the ever-changing needs of the community since 2003.
In line with the UK COVID 19 guidance, all Healthy Valleys staff will be remote working until the foreseeable future. Our normal service provision has been suspended.
During this time, we ask you to contact us on 07859 062 831 or e-mail

Visit a Healthy Valleys Place to Be near you
Come along to a Place to Be community hub near you and help us shape the support and activities that you would like to see in your community. We will try to help get them started or included in our delivery where possible.
Enjoy a cuppa and a bowl of soup in good company.
You are welcome to take part in the activities or if you need help with health, finance and wellbeing there is support & signposting on offer. Meet new people, make new friends and be the best version of you!
